Description

A validated and reliable tool to measure health-related quality of life in adult patients with inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn's disease.

Reference - Gastroenterology 1989;96:804-10.

The questionnaire consists of 32 questions to be interviewer- administered.
